  • business location/service areas

  • services, categories, descriptions, pricing guidance (if submitted)

  • images (logos, portfolio images), social links, website links

  • verification/support information (if you apply for a badge or review process)

If you contact a vendor through Elite Wedding Society, we share the information you submit (typically your name, contact details, and your message) with that vendor so they can respond.

Vendors are independent businesses. Once they receive your enquiry, they are responsible for how they store and use your information. We expect vendors to treat personal information responsibly, but we can’t control their systems.
